Incentive Scheme

Dear Collegues,

I am working with a telecom company for the past one yr. My company is going to introduce incentive scheme. This incentive scheme will be based on the targets achieved.
pls. suggest some incentive schemes currently prevailing in your organisation. and also suggest what are the parameters to be considered for giving the target based incentives to the employees.
